**Davy UK Tour Announcement**
This statement has just come from Davy’s management regarding the
cancellation of his UK tour:

“Due to the fact the English tour plans were booked sometime after
the QE2 engagement, we feel that David’s farewell tour of England
could not be satisfactory promoted without even a written
understanding or promotional budget.

Representatives for David have concluded that he will continue his
tour of the USA with continuous engagements including Epcot center
and Las Vegas with the possibility of returning to England later in
the year if his schedule permits.

Deb Robicheau
Spokesperson for David Jones”

Yet another member of the illustrious Monkees film & TV alumni has
passed into spirit.

This morning, I recieved word of the passing of actress Helene F.
Winston, best remembered to us Monkees fans as Big Flora (fraud-
extortion) in Episode No. 11, “Monkees A La Carte,” and Miss Drehdal
in No. 28, “The Monkees On The Line.”

The full story can be read below (courtesy of Yahoo! News):

Sorely missed will she be…and unforgotten.
