**New Davy Date**
Davy Jones has just scheduled a new solo tour date on August 23,
2003 in Las Vegas, NV at the Silverton Casino.
**Monkees & Tork On Radio**
There is going to be a show on Brazilian radio Sunday (27th) from 6-
8pm Brazilian time (one hour ahead of Eastern time),
called “Brilhantina.” The DJ will be talking about The Monkees,
Peter Tork, & Shoe Suede Blues, playing their music, and will also
be giving away CDs. To listen, visit their website at

Hey, hey fellow MonkeeManiacs!
I was searching around the VH1 website for the Monkees
thinking that they might be on the 200 Greatest Pop Icons (which
they weren’t, such an outrage!) On the Monkees main page listed
that our favorite foursome will appear on the Greatest series, which
will be entitled the Greatest: 50 Funniest Moments in Rock. The
dates and airtimes are as follows:
-Friday 8/15 @ 12:00 pm
-Friday 8/15 @ 8:00 pm
-Friday 8/15 @ 11:00 pm
-Monday 8/18 @ 1:00 am
