Hello everyone,

The Silverton Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in a surprise move has notified
us that it has cancelled our reservation for a convention in their hotel,
even though we had signed contracts and verbal agreements, with no reason
given.

The convention will now be held in Woodland Hills, CA on Oct. 29, 30, and
31st. More venue details to follow here and on the conference web site:

http://monkeesconvention04.tripod.com/

Refunds will be made as soon as the Silverton returns the deposits they
were paid. For more specific details and refund requests, please e-mail:

monkeesconvention04@hotmail.com

Do not respond to this alert posting with convention questions please!

I also suggest that when you call the Silverton to cancel your hotel
reservation, you express your unhappiness with the way they handled this
convention and that you don’t plan to stay in their hotel again.
