Monkees Found in Toronto
Hey, hey they’re almost The Monkees.
Three out of four lead roles have been cast for Daydream Believers: The
Monkees’ Story – and two of the actors are from Toronto.
Montreal’s Muse Entertainment would not say yesterday whether the local
pair was picked from among the dozens of Monkee hopefuls who lined up for
an open casting call at the CHUMCITY Building Feb. 29.
The names of all the leads – the fourth role was close to being finalized –
are expected to be announced today or tomorrow.
The VH1/TMN TV movie begins filming here on Monday.

Everyone in Toronto keep your eyes open for where they are shooting this
