Monkees – Chapel of Love – 1987 rehearsal

During a publicity photo shoot for the band’s 1987 album Pool It!, someone at Cherokee Recording Studios in Los Angeles recorded the event. Micky, Peter and Davy break out into an unrehearsed rendition of “Chapel of Love.” Micky ends up suggesting they should do a “Band 6”-type thing and put an a cappella version of the song on the album.
